ZP fabricates BioMEMS within an ISO Class 7, 6 and 5 facility.

At ZP we are agnostic on the manufacturing techniques for our electrochemical biosensors  as long as we can achieve the required quality at the right price for the application, this does mean that some of the products we fabricate are made with the Class 7, Class 6 and Class 5 clean rooms and clean zones.

The cleanroom facilities at ZP are different in that we maintain aseptic conditions by monitoring the bioburden within the lab by performing colony forming unit analysis. Within our ISO13485  aseptic manufacturing facilities we are manufacturing/fabricating/assembling medical diagnostics and devices that are intended to be implanted or in contact with the skin, hence the extra precautions of biological monitoring in addition to the standard cleanroom particle counting.
