Vendor onboarding 

 ZP is an ISO13485 business, which like all/many businesses we have processes and procedures as dictated by our Quality Management System.  The simplest way to purchase from ZP is:

1) Credit card - This can happen though our websites or we can send you an electronic invoice.

2) Bank transfer, where you place a PO with us and we will invoice you including our bank details.

 

We understand that some businesses will have vendor forms and supplier agreements, which can include clauses regarding payment terms etc. As an ISO13485 business ZP has to assign an quality engineer from our side to ensure that vendor/supplier agreements from your side are compatible with our quality system.
