At ZP we are independent contract developers and manufacturers of biosensors for our customers and clients. Part of our clients success with ZP is that we have many of the components on the shelf.
In this note we discuss the use of ZP conductivity sensing technology for the analysis of osmolarity/osmolality of the tear film of the eye to in part understand the condition of the eye.
At ZP all our expertise is focused around biosensors and electrochemistry and so the measurement of conductivity is one of the easier tasks we are asked to do. On this page we link to technologies that we see as useful to those wishing to develop a diagnositc for eye conditions, including dry eye, based on the measurement of osmolaity.
