We will be bringing our ChilliPot - Scoville Meter to the expo and discussing how the ChilliPot-Scoville Meter is the world's only instant sensor for measuring the Scoville Heat Units of Chillies and Chilli Products, and delivering capsaicin and ferulic acid concentrations (ppm) in real time.
We will be demonstrating the meter live on the stand with sauces, oils, peppers. powders etc. so please don't hesitate to have a go for yourself.
